History
Mid of 90’s, Miroglio, leader of the international textile market, makes a first investment in Bulgaria, concentrating on the reduction of production costs as well as on the strategical closeness to all European markets and easy availability of technical and technological support.
Since 2006 the company, expanded and completely renewed, has been fully acquired by Edoardo Miroglio.
At the moment E.Miroglio EAD is one of the most important European textile company.
The project did start with the purchasing of the historical textile factory of Slitex. Was this investment that gave to the Corporation the opportunity of positioning itself at the top of textile world as worsted and woolen fabric producers for men and women and knitting yarns.
Today E.Miroglio is composed of 7 production and corporate units placed in Sliven, Yambol and Svishtov in Bulgaria, Alba and Valli del Pasubio in Italy. Very important is the human resource aspect with a team about 2200 people dislocated in those units.
On top of this articulated textile system is Mr Gaetano Rimini that with his passion is proud to deliver constantly quality and innovation to worldwide customers.
