Quality control

Systematic ON LINE quality controls are carried out throughout the production process for real-time verification of compliance with set parameters, guaranteeing that the entire production cycle is performed correctly, with the achievement of optimal results.

The fabric produced passes through THREE control phases: the first is an inspection of 100% of the grieve, with manual darning to eliminate any weaving imperfections. The second is an intermediate check during finishing, which may be following by hand-picking. The third is the final inspection carried out by qualified technicians. It takes place when the pieces are cut and the fabric is attributed its final quality.

All the necessary laboratory tests (fiber analysis, yarn regularity and strength, fabrics properties and characteristics) are carried out at the same time to confirm compliance with physical and chemical parameters and check the colors.
